The management and all who work at Ness Furniture Ltd are totally committed to using their resources in an endeavour to maximise the use of materials, workmanship, manufacturing methods/processes and product testing in both its own range of products and in those produced specifically to customer requirements.

Ness Furniture Ltd. is a manufacturer of chairs, desks and tables used in the commercial marketplace.

This commitment aims to provide a complete customer service by effective marketing, sales, manufacture and delivery of products which reflect the best achievable in respect of aesthetics, comfort, safety and durability.

An essential feature of the quality management system is a commitment to continually improve the effectiveness and comply with both customer and regulatory requirements. This is achieved by setting annual quality improvement objectives and targets, which are regularly monitored and reviewed within management review meetings.

In order to ensure the achievement of the above commitments, the organisation has implemented a quality management system which satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000.

This Policy and the obligations and responsibilities required by the quality management system have been communicated to all employees and has the unqualified support of the Managing Director and it is a mandatory requirement that all personnel involved comply with the policies, systems and procedures defined within the Quality Manual.
